Ingredients
1/2 cup extra virgin oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 small clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Procedure
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, and garlic.
