Sharing Recipes--Anti-aging Smoothie

Ingredients

1 serving vanilla why protein powder
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup blackberries
1 cup water
1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Procedure
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
  • You may use 1 1/2 cups of a frozen four berry mixture instead of adding the four berries separately.
